What is tFilterRSTDropCount?

This object holds a numeric count (TimeStamp value) representing the number of consecutive failed requests allowed before marking a destination unreachable. It controls the failure detection threshold—when actual failures reach this count, the system declares the destination unavailable and stops routing traffic to it. A network operator would adjust this value when tuning failover responsiveness: setting it low (3-5) for critical links requiring fast detection, or high (20+) for unreliable links that shouldn't flap.
