Category: Teldat Router Management
Description: Provides common monitoring information for Teldat routers, including system identity, uptime, and shared diagnostic objects.
Start monitoring vendor-neutral, standards-based MIB, any SNMPv3-capable network device (SNMP engine identity/boot/clock status) with a free 30-day trial of IPNetwork Monitor. Import MIBs, browse SNMP OIDs, create custom SNMP monitors, configure alerts, and monitor any SNMP-enabled network device from a single console.
What Is TELDAT-MON-CommonInfo-MIB?
TELDAT-MON-CommonInfo-MIB is a vendor-specific MIB module from Teldat, a Spanish networking equipment maker, that provides common monitoring infrastructure shared across Teldat router MIBs. It exposes generic system identity, uptime, and shared diagnostic status objects rather than a single dedicated feature area. Its core monitoring use is confirming basic device health: whether the router is alive, how long it has been running (uptime), and baseline diagnostic status that other monitoring MIBs build on. As a common/shared module it is typically imported by other Teldat vendor MIBs rather than used standalone, so it has an implicit dependency relationship with the rest of the Teldat MIB family. It is deployed wherever Teldat routers or branch-office CPE are managed via SNMP, typically in enterprise or telco access networks. Engineers can download the TELDAT-MON-CommonInfo-MIB file directly to load it into their MIB browser.
IPNetwork Monitor allows you to monitor SNMP objects defined in TELDAT-MON-CommonInfo-MIB. Use the built-in SNMP Monitoring Browser to explore available variables, view their current values and descriptions, and select the objects you want to monitor. You can then create SNMP monitors, configure thresholds, and receive alerts when monitored values change.
Supported Devices
- Teldat router
- Teldat branch/CPE networking device
Monitoring Examples
No sample objects were provided for this module, so specific OID names cannot be cited; consistent with its role as a common-info MIB, it would be expected to expose identity and uptime-style objects analogous to sysUpTime that other Teldat monitoring MIBs reference. An administrator would use such shared objects to confirm a router is responsive and to correlate an uptime reset with an unplanned reboot.
What Can Be Monitored
- system uptime
- system identity
- shared diagnostic status

RFC description
Monitors common system information for Teldat NUCLEOX-PLUS equipment including memory, CPU, and interface statistics.
Start monitoring Teldat router/branch CPE networking device (common uptime/diagnostic status) with a free 30-day trial of IPNetwork Monitor. Import MIBs, browse SNMP OIDs, create custom SNMP monitors, configure alerts, and monitor any SNMP-enabled network device from a single console.
