RBN-BULKSTATS-CAP is an AGENT-CAPABILITIES module that documents which parts of the companion RBN-BULKSTATS-MIB (Bulk Statistics MIB) are actually implemented on Ericsson/RedBack SmartEdge routing platforms, covering the SE Multi-service Edge Router, SM Metro Ethernet Service Transport, and SSR Smart Service Router product families. It belongs to the conformance/compliance category of MIB modules rather than exposing operational data itself, so it carries no counters, interface data, or fault objects of its own. Because of this it plays no direct role in monitoring live hardware or software status; its only function is telling an NMS which OIDs of the referenced Bulk Statistics MIB are supported for a given SEOS software release and product family. It is explicitly and entirely dependent on the RBN-BULKSTATS-MIB whose conformance it describes. It is consulted during MIB compilation and compatibility checks when integrating Ericsson SmartEdge SNMP agents into a management system, not during day-to-day polling. Engineers can download the RBN-BULKSTATS-CAP file directly to load it into their MIB browser.

This is an AGENT-CAPABILITIES module with no runtime data objects of its own; it exists solely to declare, per Ericsson SEOS software release and product family (SE/SM/SSR), which groups and objects of RBN-BULKSTATS-MIB are supported, so there is no realistic polling/monitoring scenario to describe.
