What is rcnMsdpMaxPeerSACacheErrorClear?

This notification is generated as a warning event when the number of SA (Source Active) entries for a multicast peer drops to 95 percent of the configured peer limit. SA entries track multicast sources in MSDP (Multicast Source Discovery Protocol) for inter-domain multicast routing. Operations teams receive this alert to take action before the peer reaches its hard limit and stops accepting new multicast sources.
