What is rcnInsufficientMemory?

This is an alert notification that fires when the network device's main CPU processor runs low on available memory, typically below 256 MB. It signals a serious problem that will degrade the device's ability to route traffic or process network commands normally. An operator receiving this alert would immediately check memory usage and likely reboot the device or install additional RAM to restore stable operation.
