What is rcWebLastChange?

This object records the timestamp (in milliseconds since system startup) of the most recent configuration change made through the web browser interface. Operators use it to track when the device was last modified via web management to correlate configuration changes with network behavior changes. This helps identify if recent web-based management actions caused any network issues.
