What is rcUserSetTimeDate?
This object stores the day-of-month value (1-31) for manually setting the system date, allowing an operator to configure the date component of the system clock. It works in conjunction with year, month, hour, minute, and second objects to establish a complete date-time configuration. An operator sets this when initializing the system time or correcting an incorrect clock date.
