What is rcUseFactorySettings?

This OID indicates whether the device will reset to factory defaults when it reboots instead of loading saved configuration from storage. When enabled, it wipes out all customized settings. A network operator would check or set this flag when preparing a device for deployment, reinitializing a misconfigured device, or clearing stale settings before returning equipment.
