Description:

The number of VLACP Flaps on a port, that if they occure within rcPortVLacpFlapInterval seconds, the port is shutdown.

What is rcPortVLacpFlapFrequency?

This object specifies how many VLACP (Virtual Link Aggregation Control Protocol) flap events, if they occur within rcPortVLacpFlapInterval seconds, will trigger an automatic port shutdown. It counts rapid up-down state transitions on aggregated links. Network operators use this stability threshold to prevent ports from being hammered by unstable neighbors and to automate recovery from flapping link problems.
