What is rcPortExtCplimitConf?
This OID stores an enabled/disabled setting for an extended protocol feature that applies per-flow rate limits to control-plane traffic on a port. When enabled, it prevents any single flow from monopolizing the device's CPU resources. An operator would enable this on ports facing untrusted networks to protect against attacks flooding the control plane with crafted packets.
