Description:
This is the outgoing interface for the LSP. This applies to rows with mplsTunnelRole set to head(1) or transit(2).
What is rcMplsRsvpTunnelExtOutIfIndex?
This OID identifies which network interface the router uses to transmit traffic for a reserved bandwidth tunnel (MPLS path). Checking this tells you which physical port carries the reserved traffic, either at the entry point or along the path. An operator uses this to verify that a quality-of-service tunnel is using the intended network port.
