What is rcKhiSmltUpEvents?

This counter tracks the total number of SMLT (Split Multi-Link Trunking) up events that have occurred, indicating how many times the SMLT link has transitioned to the active/up state. Each up event represents a recovery from a failure or a device reboot. An operator would check this to understand the stability of redundant link pairs in their network.
