What is rcKhiSmltDownEvents?

This counter tracks the number of SMLT (Split Multi-Link Trunking) down events that have occurred on a Rapid City device. SMLT is a redundancy mechanism that bonds network links, and this counter increments when those bonds go offline. Network operators monitor this metric to identify connectivity issues and failover events.
