What is rcKhiPortStateTotalIstPortDownEvents?
This OID counts the total number of times a port in an SMLT (Spanned Multi-Link Trunking) redundant pair has gone down since the device started. Each port down event represents a brief loss of connectivity in the dual path. A network operator uses this metric to assess switch reliability and predict whether a port is approaching failure.
