What is rcKhiNumIstDownEvents?

This counter tracks the total number of times that the Inter-Switch Trunk (IST) connection between switch stack members has gone down since the device was initialized. An operator would monitor this counter to detect IST instability or repeated failures that might indicate cabling issues, port problems, or configuration errors. Elevated counts suggest hardware or environmental problems that need investigation.
