What is rcIpTosRuleOrRule1?
This object defines a bit mask that is logically OR'd with the Type of Service (ToS) byte of IP headers to modify traffic priority and handling. Engineers use this to enforce QoS policies by elevating the priority bits of specific traffic flows without rewriting the entire ToS field. The value is an 8-bit integer ranging from 0-255.
