What is rcIpResourceUsageGlobalEgressThreshold?
This configuration controls the threshold count for egress flow records that triggers an alert or action when outbound traffic resource usage exceeds the configured level. It helps detect when the switch is nearing its limit for handling outbound flows. A network operator would adjust this threshold upward when handling a large migration project, then lower it afterward to catch resource exhaustion problems early.
