What is rcIpMrouteHwPrunesNeighbor?

This OID stores an IP address indicating where a prune message originated. Prune messages tell neighboring routers to stop sending multicast traffic along certain paths, so this tracks which router sent the pruning request. A network operator would check this when troubleshooting why a router is no longer receiving expected multicast streams.
