What is rcIpConfOspfIfMtuIgnore?
This OID is a yes/no switch that tells the routing protocol (OSPF) to skip maximum transmission unit (MTU) size validation when forming neighbor relationships. A network engineer would enable this when connecting routers with different MTU capabilities to prevent valid links from being rejected due to size mismatches.
