What is rcIpConfDhcpAlwaysBroadcast?

This boolean configuration controls whether DHCP reply packets are sent as broadcasts or unicasts to DHCP clients on a particular interface. When enabled, replies are broadcast to reach clients that cannot yet properly receive unicast frames. Network administrators may enable this on network segments with many clients or when experiencing client acquisition issues.
