What is rcIgmpSsmGlobalRangeGroup?

This is the IGMP Source Specific Multicast (SSM) group address used to define which multicast groups belong to the SSM range. When a multicast group address matches this range (when combined with a mask), it is treated as an SSM group for traffic management purposes. Operators configure this to specify which multicast groups should use SSM forwarding instead of traditional Any Source Multicast.
