Description: Indicates if a sender exists because of an IGMP access filter or not.
What is rcIgmpSenderState?
This boolean flag indicates whether a multicast sender was detected because of an explicit IGMP access filter (true) or through normal IGMP snooping (false). It helps distinguish between filtered and organic multicast group membership. A network operator investigating unexpected multicast traffic would check this flag to see if the source was intentionally permitted by access control policy.
