What is rcDiagPcapAdvancedFilterIsInverseUserDefined?

This boolean flag controls whether the packet capture filter logic is inverted, so the device captures traffic that does NOT match the specified user-defined criteria instead of traffic that does match. An operator configures this to easily capture all non-matching traffic, such as capturing everything except a specific TCP port. This simplifies diagnostic packet collection for anomaly detection.
