What is rcCliROEnable?

This boolean setting enables or disables read-only access mode for command-line interface (CLI) accounts on a RAPID-CITY device. When enabled, it allows operators to create read-only CLI accounts that can view system status without modifying configurations. Network administrators use this to provide restricted access to operators who need visibility but not control.
