What is rc2kBootConfigEnableTelnetServer?

This object controls whether the Telnet server is enabled or disabled during the boot configuration phase of a Rapid City device. When enabled, the device will accept Telnet connections for command-line management; when disabled, Telnet access is not available. Network administrators use this setting to balance operational convenience (remote access) with security considerations (avoiding unencrypted management protocols).
