Description:
This parameter enables/disables the Webranger to Tx/Rx CLLM (Consolidated Link Layer Management) messages via DLCI 1023. The CLLM messages are link layer control messages. They can be used for example in cases of congestion. The CLLM message contains a code for cause of congestion and list of all DLCIs that should act to reduce data transmission.
