What is sysCRdnEventsTimeWindow?

This object specifies the time window in seconds during which the system counts protection-switching events to decide whether to trigger automatic failover. When multiple events occur within this window, the system may activate redundancy protection. An operator would adjust this window to balance responsiveness (shorter window) with stability (longer window) when protection switching is needed.
