Description:

This attribute displays the counted number of discarded packets that where marked Yellow.

What is srvDiscardYellowPackets?

This gauge counts the number of service packets marked with yellow color (indicating lower priority) that were discarded due to congestion or policy enforcement. Yellow-marked packets represent traffic with lower Quality of Service priority compared to green packets. Operators use this metric to understand how many lower-priority packets are being dropped and to assess network congestion levels.
