What is srvDiscardGreenPacket?

This gauge displays the current count of packets marked with 'green' color (lowest drop priority) that have been discarded due to congestion on a RAD Ethernet service card. Green packets represent lower-priority traffic and are dropped first when bandwidth becomes scarce. Operators use this counter to understand how traffic shaping policies are protecting high-priority flows.
