What is qInternalProfileRateLimit?

This object controls the maximum bandwidth allocated to a queue, measured in kilobits per second (Kbps). A value of 0 means the queue operates on a best-effort basis, using any available bandwidth without a hard cap. Network operators set this to enforce per-queue traffic policies and prevent individual flows from consuming all available bandwidth.
