What is prtQosRateLimitCBS?
This object specifies the Committed Burst Size in kilobytes for a port's quality-of-service traffic rate limiter, defining the maximum amount of traffic that can exceed the base committed rate in short bursts. A value of zero indicates best-effort service with no burst allowance. Network administrators configure this to permit temporary traffic spikes while still enforcing average bandwidth limits.
