Description:

The maximum rate permitted at Ingress of this port with this Traffic Priority, in Kbps.

What is prtPriorityIngressRateLimit?

This object sets the maximum data rate (in Kilobits per second) allowed on ingress for traffic at a particular priority level on a RAD port. An operator would use this to enforce bandwidth limits per traffic class, preventing any single priority level from consuming more than its allocated share of incoming bandwidth.
