Description: This object indicates status-aggregation of non-masked alarms associated with all interface layers, related to this physical port. When at least one non-masked alarm exists on any layer, value of this object is on (3).
Indication will be off (2) only when there's no active non-masked alarm on any interface layer related to this port. Masking an Alarm, will consider it as not exist for this indication.
Example: When a port has an ATM higher layer and at least one VC has alarm, value of this object will be on (3)
