Module: RAD-MIB

OID (symbolic): RAD-MIB::prtExTsTxIoSignaling

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.164.3.1.4.2.1.1.11

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: OCTET STRING

Access: read-only

Description:

IO - Tx Signaling per TS, for TSs having TS Type=Voice (agnTsType=voice(2)). It monitors what is sent to IO port for the selected TS, for A,B,C,D Signaling Bits. Bit 1= LSB Bit 8= MSB Bit 1-2 = A Signaling Bit: 00='0' ; 01='1' ; 10=not used ; 11=NA Bit 3-4 = B Signaling Bit: 00='0' ; 01='1' ; 10=not used ; 11=NA Bit 5-6 = C Signaling Bit: 00='0' ; 01='1' ; 10=not used ; 11=NA Bit 7-8 = D Signaling Bit: 00='0' ; 01='1' ; 10=not used ; 11=NA

What is prtExTsTxIoSignaling?

This OID holds the signaling bits (A, B, C, D) being sent on a voice timeslot through the device's IO port. Telecom operators monitor this to verify voice call signaling is correct. For example, if the A bit shows unexpected values during a call, it signals potential voice quality or dialing issues.
