What is prtDs3TotalLCE?
This gauge counts the accumulated Link Code Errors encountered by a DS3 interface over the previous 96 consecutive 15-minute intervals. Operators use this to monitor long-term DS3 link quality and identify recurring transmission problems on the carrier line. Invalid intervals are counted as zero to avoid skewing the total.
