Description:
Specifies the logical condition of the mask pattern:
true - Condition is valid if at the position specified by maskingSourceAddress (in conjunction with maskingSourceActiveBits) the packet contains data that matches the content of maskingSourceAddress.
false - Condition is valid if at the position specified by maskingSourceAddress (in conjunction with maskingSourceActiveBits) the packet contains data that does not match the content of maskingSourceAddress.
