Description:
Specifies the logical condition of the mask pattern:
true - Condition is valid if at the position specified by maskingPortNum the packet contains data that matches the content of maskingPortNum.
false - Condition is valid if at the position specified by maskingPortNum the packet contains data that does not match the content of maskingPortNum. This object is applicable only when maskingPortNum is applicable.
