What is markingSpVlanPBit?
This read-create object defines the VLAN Priority Bits (P-Bits) values to be assigned to SP (Service Provider) VLAN tagged frames based on the Class of Service (CoS) level, with one octet per CoS value (0-7); for some devices it instead maps priority based on the configured marking profile method. Operators use this to implement QoS (Quality of Service) policies, ensuring that high-priority traffic receives better handling through the network by marking frame headers appropriately.
