Transmit gain in dBm.

What is ip2IfTxGain?

This configurable integer parameter sets the transmit gain (signal amplification) for an IP2 voice interface, measured in decibels relative to one milliwatt (dBm). The transmit gain controls how loudly the device sends audio signals over the line and must be tuned for proper voice quality. Network administrators adjust this value during provisioning to optimize voice clarity and ensure signals are not too weak (inaudible) or too strong (distorted).
