What is ip2IfSuperTandemBitMask?

This OID stores a hexadecimal bitmask that controls which portions of a time-division multiplexed channel are active for data transmission. Configuring this lets you selectively enable or disable parts of the channel capacity. A telecom engineer uses this to split channel capacity between different services or disable faulty portions of a T1/E1 line.
