Description:
In order to support Counters having 64 bit length, the performance counter is divided into two 32 bit parameters as follows: [ 64 bit parameter ] = [ High 32 bit parameter ][ Low 32 bit parameter ]. This parameter holds the Low 32 bits of the counter, while the following parameter holds the High 32 bits of the counter.
