What is hostVlanPriority?

This object specifies the IEEE 802.1p priority (0-7) assigned to Ethernet frames sent by a host in a VLAN context. Priority determines the quality-of-service (QoS) level and forwarding precedence of traffic from that host. Network administrators configure this to ensure critical traffic from specific hosts receives priority treatment in congested networks.
