What is ethOamSvcCurrUnavailSec?
This counter tracks the number of seconds during the current performance measurement interval that an Ethernet OAM service was unavailable. It increments whenever the service loses availability and resets at interval boundaries. Network operators monitor this to understand service reliability and identify persistent outage periods.
