What is ethIfIntervalStatus?

This four-byte status field indicates the validity and condition of a collected Ethernet interface statistics interval. The status can indicate whether data is valid, if a redundancy failover occurred, if there was a discontinuity in measurements, or if the equipment was offline. An operator uses this to determine whether performance statistics for the interval are reliable for analysis.
