Description:
The number of times the associated ethIfIntervalInUnicastFrames counter has overflowed in the interval.
What is ethIfIntervalOverflowInUnicastFrames?
This gauge counts how many times the associated counter for received unicast frames has wrapped around (overflowed) during a measurement interval, indicating that the primary counter exceeded its maximum value. It allows software that samples counters periodically to calculate total frame counts across multiple overflow events. Network monitoring systems use this overflow counter to accurately aggregate statistics when counter values wrap around during long intervals.
