Description:
The number of transmitted Pause frames, encountered by the Ethernet interface in the current interval.
What is ethIfCurrentOutPauseFrames?
This object counts Ethernet flow-control pause frames transmitted by an interface during the current measurement interval. Network engineers monitor this to detect if a link is experiencing congestion or if flow-control negotiation is active. High pause frame counts indicate upstream congestion that is causing the interface to request temporary transmission stops.
