Description: This parameter defines whether to support automatic change between MDI and MDI[X].
What is ethAutoMdiXEnable?
This object controls whether an Ethernet interface automatically detects and adjusts the cable type between MDI (Medium Dependent Interface) and MDI-X (crossed pairs) configurations. This feature allows a port to work correctly with either straight-through or crossover network cables without manual reconfiguration. When enabled, the port automatically compensates for cable type mismatches, improving network installation flexibility.
