Module: RAD-MIB

OID (symbolic): RAD-MIB::dhcpIfClientRowStatus

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.164.11.7.2.2.1.7.1.3

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: RowStatus

Access: read-create

Description:

The row status used for creating, modifying, and deleting instances of the columnar objects in the dhcpIfClientTable.

For Vmux Devices, it will be possible only to Delete instances. The addition of Clients will be done automatically by the Server according to Network messages that are sent by the Clients; not via SNMP.

In order to Delete a Client, this MIB object should be set to: destroy (6).

What is dhcpIfClientRowStatus?

This manages the lifecycle of DHCP client entries in the system, allowing them to be added, modified, or deleted. For VMux devices, the server automatically discovers and removes entries; only manual deletion is allowed. An operator uses this when removing inactive DHCP clients from the management table.
