What is atmNteUPLTCR?

This object sets the threshold for the Unacceptable Performance Limit as part of ATM NTE performance management monitoring. When errored seconds exceed this threshold, an alarm condition is triggered. The operator configures this to define what constitutes unacceptable performance for the ATM connection.
