Description:
Enables Path AIS Alarm forwarding upon a failure detection. The following might be considered as a failure: LOS, LOF, LOC, SLM, LOP, Path AIS and Line AIS.
disable(2) - will not forward an alarm upon a failure on this port.
enable(3) - will forward an alarm upon a failure on this port.
